SECTION ONE
The following statements deal with reactions you may have to various situations. Indicate how true each of these statements is depending on how you feel about the situation. In scoring responses, 1 is assigned to not at all true, 2 to barely true, 3 to somewhat true and 4 to completely true. For each item, select a number in the drop down box next to the item.
